Ch Artistry's Mudpuppy
Mudpuppy is a line breeding on the old
Charmar lines which Marilyn Greer (Francis Greer’s cousin) owned, and carried on
through her own Tumbleweed breedings by Mary Napper when Marilyn died. Many in
these lines carry a lot of white hairs interspersed with the browns giving them
a ‘silvered’ appearan ce.
Some call this color silvering, while others call it roan like a roan horse, and
still others call it phantom. Mudpuppy was whelped on 4-18-2000, my very first
browns! I was hoping for some partis, but got solids. Mudpuppy is
OFA good, SLT clear, scissors, easy care coat, great neck and shoulders. She
never lost coat in season.14.5” tall. Heavy bone.
Mudpuppy is working on her Agility and Obedience degrees now after taking time
out to whelp a litter of 6 by Ch BeGay's Double Fantasy.

'Glacey' was born July 10th, 2001. She is 14
inches tall, scissors bite, balanced, good neck n shoulders. Blue roan. Very

original Kapewood fame, is Molly’s owner. 14.5" tall, good bone, good
coat. Thyroid normal at 1.85.

aka “Bugface”
Bugface is a
small typey girl with lots of energy and a curious, intelligence. She is always
thinking, always playing, and invents games as she goes. Likes to be up high so
she jumps up on everything. Her face is too plush. Good coat, bite, gait. Her
contribution to the breed is her hip structure. She does not have high hip
bones, but a nice flat cocker butt with proper width and roundness. Remember how
we used to be able to ‘pat a cocker butt’ without hurting our hands on their
hipbones? Born Dec. 5, 2002. OFA Good.
